Training/Classes
To participate in classes, you must become a member of Kilkenny Kettlebell Club.
Cost of Kilkenny Kettlebell Club Membership per 4 week month is €40.
For this €40 per month you can attend any number of our weekly kettlebell classes.If you choose to attend all classes i.e. 4 classes per week that works out at €2.50 per class!!!
Kettlebell classes take place on
Monday @6:30pm, Wednesday @ 7:30pm, Thursday @ 6:30pm and Saturday @ 11:00am at The Training Rooms, 11 O'Loughlin Road, Kilkenny
Saturday @12:00 noon Sports Training Class
Participants can chose from 3 types of Kettlebell training in every class,
Cardio Kettlebell Workout, Power Kettlebell Workout or Kettlebell Sports Traning
Cardio Kettlebell Workout
Training with kettlebells gives you a fantastic cardiovascular workout along with the muscle toning benefits of weight training, all at the same time. It mobilizes all the joints of your body especially the knees, hips and shoulders making them stronger at every angle. It is the most effective workout for burning calories, building lean muscle and prepares you for peak performance in any sport or activity.
Power Kettlebell Workout
For class participants who wish to build muscle and increase strength. Kettlebell workouts are more explosive and develop more functional strength than traditional bodybuilding routines.
Kettlebell Sports Training
Beginners to advanced class participants may wish to take part in kettlebell sports competitions nationally and internationally as part of the Kilkenny Kettlebell Team. For further information on kettlebell sports see our Kettlebell Sports Page. For further information
